INNOVATION
In
knowledge of all wastewater feed technologies we have examined,
it can be stated that the present state of wastewater transport
displays numerous fundamental lacks. The closed systems in application
today merely cater for the transport tasks of carrying wastewater.
The numerous types of residual and sediment material appearing during
the application of wastewater feed systems in the course of transport
(various sediment materials, fats, large coarse material, etc.)
significantly burden any further work procedures (transportation
itself in long, closed systems and cleaning). Treatment of the appearing
problems can only be provided by external human intervention, that
is, the manual removal of sediment or with the application of separate
mechanic mixers, with the use of a significant amount of added chemicals.

The
development
of multifunctional wastewater pump group to treat the various types
of residual, sullage and slump material (fat, sediment, fibre, spreading,
coarse) and to avoid the decrease of the quality of the wastewater.
One side of the multifunctional machine is a pump, and the other
side is a special tearing-mixing unit that takes care of the extra
functions. The equipment cater for the transport, mixing, homogenisation
and airing of the wastewater and the decrease of the size of coarse
materials as a compact machine. The breaking will happen in a new
way less fragile than previous technologies. At the same time mixing
air into the wastewater will also become possible and therefore,
the harmful anoxic processes will become avoidable. Besides complete
compliance with security requirements, chemical-minimisation and
the decrease of human intervention can also be realised. Due to
the preparation of the technology, wastewater sucking will become
unnecessary, the disturbing smell and noise effect will be avoidable,
no pollution will take place during transportation (manual transportation
of the appearing fat layer and sediment layer does not appear) and
due to its technical solutions much fewer blockings will occur than
with the application of traditional pumps. Due to that fact the
life span of the pump is also to increase significantly. Various
capacities of pumps will be prepared within the various levels of
use. |
