The company makes significant efforts for saving water - as a limitedly available, renewing, but fragile in quality resource - with its developments in the wastewater transport and wastewater cleaning technologies.

The Company:

Mediker Co. Ltd. was established in 1990 as a Hungarian private company. The founders had 15 years experience in various field of wastewater treatment and mechanical engineering. The company is developing, manufacturing and selling sewage water pumps and operates under the ISO 9001 quality assurance system as of 1999.

Mediker is a technology leader with its patented innovative technology, which enables the production of homogenous wastewater at the place of origin, that is, the fat layer and sediment layer appearing when using wastewater feed systems of traditional technology do not occur due to regular mixing.

The company is selling its products through a well-educated distributor network. The distributors enjoy the company's engineering support, the preventive maintenance and service program. They can learn the new technologies and system installation on the regularly organised trainings. Thousands and thousands units are in use already at the largest water companies since many years. As a common project with some of these companies, the professionals are continuously measuring the systems. These measurements clearly show the unique advantages of the products.

Mediker has 50 employees and operates in a continuously growing market with increasing revenue year-by-year, which will exceed 5 million EUR in 2002. The owners are re-invest most of the profit to the development and manufacturing.
